Honestly, everything from start to finish was pleasant. Quick, efficient, honest and polite.

Worst customer service ever. The tone, diction, and treatment was very disrespectful. We had bought our 2nd Lexus from this dealer but never again. I would avoid this dealer as a whole.

If you bring the car for service and get Peter Faltracco you get cannot get better a better representative
at any dealership.

Second time leasing a car from them. Not a single problem, everything is just like verbally agreed over the phone. No extra fees, no pressure to buy any extra insurance policy or something like that. Keep it up!

It's a pretty shady dealership. When I was looking to renew my 2012 Lexus RX for 2015 model, they couldn't provide me with any numbers over the phone and suggested to stop by in person say "you will be amazed!". When I drove there to meet a sales person that looked like he has stuck in the 80ies, I had a very unpleasant conversation as if I was a kid and they were macho bosses. As a result, they couldn't give me any decent numbers. Didn't even show me a car in stock! I have left frustrated.

FYI, yheir parking lot is very crowded and you have to leave keys to a valet guy. Stay away from them.
