They are extremely unproffessional. They push you and lie to you so that you can get things thinking tour getting a deal but your not. Then they do not refund you money they give dique store credit. Smh All they want is to make sales. Very disappointed. Absolutly no work ethics. Also the sales rep will go against what the Dr tells you.

The manager was extremely unprofessional, arrived 15 minutes late for store opening time. I usually go to sears but I needed glasses right away. The manager did not know the concept of strength to the thickness of lens(that was a red flag of non experience). then manager just charged me without presenting the option of scratch resistant and anti glare. I usually wear them only for work and night driving. The lenses are such horrible quality I cant even wear them at night and they are double the price from sears. I called and asked what were the lenses made of that were placed in my frame. the manager responded in the most ghettoish way, "you did not tell me anything so i ordered plastic lenses for you" then she said' if you want antiglare and scrath resistant coating, you have to pay over $190.00". Reminder, my prescription is very light, i need them for reading. anyway, stay away and pay at a more professional place.

They made it easy to get a quick appointment to see my mother. Other places seemed like they can't be bothered. The staff and doctor were helpful and friendly. My mom got what she needed and was pleased. I would recommend this place to anyone.
