I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER coming in for a simple MRI. First the Tech and his assistant were both very unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. They had nasty attitudes when l asked them a simple question. They caused me discomfort while doing the scan due to their lack of professionalism. The test was nearly done ONLY 4 MINUTES LEFT , I pressed the bell bc l needed air and the Tech said "OK LET,S END THE TEST" but now the test is useless. Luckily after speaking to some staff members they took me upstairs to have a different tech complete the test. My experience was a little better upstairs but I was so distraught by what happened prior. This probably could have been avoided had the receptionist whom I made my appointment with put me for the proper machine.

I have been a patient here for over 15 years.
The facility is clean, always full of patients, but very organized
and efficient. The staff are friendly, helpful and always professional.
I get my results in a timely manner. I highly recommend this facility.

My wife was scheduled for MRI on 5/22/15 @ 6:30. We were told to come at 7:00. When we arrived we were told that her appointment was on 10/23 @8:30. I canceled the study with them. I have been sending patients to them since their inception, but since they have been acquired they have changed, and not for the better. In addition it takes several calls for them to send the referring doctor a disk of the studies he/she has ordered.They charge $30.00 for a disc for the patient. All of this is not acceptable.When I order something "Stat" which means immediate, it is done in a leisurely fashion. The patient must spend hours in pain or worried. This is the last study that I will refer there.
