Visited ER twice: hard to believe that such place exists. Attentive caring professionals made me feeling calm and confident that everything would be OK. No waiting time, clean individual rooms, modern equipment, excellent services. Recommended this place to everyone I know.

Think of this as more of an overpriced urgent care than a true hospital. Many types of specialist doctors are not on site, no surgery is done on site... Basically, if you are having a "real emergency" this is not the place to go. However, this ER is much cleaner and less crowded than those within hospitals, so for some cases it is probably better to go here than to say the "real" Lenox Hill ER on the UES.

Excellent, professional, understanding and kind staff! I went in around 2 at night with chest pain, and was taken care of right away, all tests done, EKG, IV, x-Ray, etc. They even ordered a breakfast for me when I asked for a bite to eat in the morning. Luckily I was fine.
