If I could give ZERO Starts I would!!! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and business practices. They scheduled to pick of barrel from house between 9AM-1PM. I stayed waiting for this pick-up. When we called back to confirm barrel pick the price suddenly increase because an associate did not realize that barrel was being picked up from a town in Long Island. An associate called backed to say that their driver said its too far to come pick up just one barrel. It will take him 50 minutes to get here and that is too much time. This associate was RUDE, she does not know how to conduct a business level conversation. For anyone who lives on the Long Island DON"T USE this company they will just waste your time. The few dollars saving with them is NOT WORTH the level of unprofessionalism that you will have to deal with.
