Crowded during breakfast. Nothing exceptional but always consistent.

The stars are only for the Chia pudding I always have. For the amount of food and the quality of service menu is overpriced! After I asked for the menu and a glass of water, the waitress forgot about me even I raised a hand. Lost her tip.

I live half block away from this location, food it's great and it stays on the healthy side. The 2 starts it's because the service is poor, if you go for a quick on the go grab coffee and snack, forget it, it won't be quick. Most people on the front have poor English, can't understand you, and you can't understand them. Using the new app on your phone will take another 10-20 minutes of your time because, the employees don't know how to redeemed your points. As much I like the food I'll be going to the bakery across the street until the employees are well trained.

My husband and I live around the corner from this location and love coming when we feel like having a break from the other less healthy options around the area. Their frittatas, tartines, salads and sweets are hearty and tasty. Yet, service is usually bad. Waiters are not rude or anything. But it's usually hard to get their attention, they never refill your water or make sure everything's ok, and it takes them forever to notice you've sat down when you arrive. We keep coming because we like the food. Yet knowing in advance most likely service will be poor.
