I ordered pick up online and even though I ordered my food 30-40 minutes prior they still did not have my food ready. I really like LPQ but do not understand why my food takes so long when I come to pick it up and I always tip them very well every time I come.

Super slow poor lazy service. Water 20 minutes for a basket of bread while trying to order some food with no one paying attention and it was far from crowded. Maybe 5 tables and 3 waitresses. My warm recommendation to you is: Skip this place!
