Amazing food. Beautiful space. Go before Pete Wells reviews it ... It will be impossible to get a reservation. The lobster quenelle was unbelievably rich and savory ! Sole Veronique was beautiful and the Halibut really was like halibut mashed potatoes because it was so pillowy and swathed in beurre blanc.

an extraordinary experience. Service was excellent- maybe even a little much. Staff was very knowledgeable and happy to discuss food and wine.
Daniel Rose may have even surpassed himself though I like the smaller ambiance of Spring and La Bourse.
Everything tasted amazing.

Stunning new restaurant in Manhattan.
Wonderful food fresh simple and refined.
Beautiful flavours prepared by Chef Daniel Rose. Excellent service, although we felt a little rushed however that may be due to the very busy evening. A Saturday night. Loved the wonderful subtle Cou Cou theme running through the restaurant. Stop and listen to the playful music in restroom. Such an enjoyable evening.
We particularly enjoyed the veal terrine, the poached pike quenelle, the lobster filled squash flower, and the foie gras duck. The fillet de boeuf was well worth the money, it was essentially two dishes for the price of one, it could most definitely be shared between two. We walked away with the cute jingle from the restroom in our head, feeling stuffed and happy.
Would 100% recommend for a special evening.

went on july 3,extraordinary cuisine, certainly classic FRENCH but the sauces are much lighter and layer and compliment each dish in a way I rarely experienced before..A truly important addition to the new york dining scene. Excellent service all around. On a first visit the cuisine felt even better rounded and more organic then at the chefs great Paris restaurant, Spring. The room design is a contemporary rendering of medieval Paris. A WOW! rating. cannot wait to return.
