Sales guy lied! About 5 years ago I made the mistake of trusting the sales guy at Kantor. He screwed me! He went out of his way to sell me not only an obsolete tub-shower faucet and sink faucet model but units of inferior design. All the while telling me each was of good quality. Now 5 year later I've been forced to replace at considerable expense 2 sink faucets. And now the tub shower faucets are breaking down and it seems they are so old a key direct replacement part is not available.
