If you like to be screamed at, belittled, and lied to, then Robert N. Lerner is the lawyer for you! He is dishonest and rude. Even though he's based in a primarily Chinese neighborhood, he doesn't speak Chinese at all! Instead, he relies on his associate or paralegal to interpret for him, but constantly interrupts them and yells over them. AWFUL!

Mr. Lerner's horrible attitude to customers made me really uncomfortable. He was yelling at me: "Tell me what you want, I don't have time, I'm very busy. Just tell me what you want, I don't want to hear story....." Half an hour, $150 in cash worth nothing, go down the drain and he took my cash before the consultation. I was seeking for help, but he even hurt me. This is indelible bad experience.

They treat their clients with respect and Mr. Lerner gives his personal attention to each case. The entire staff is professional and courteous, plus they all speak Chinese.
