If you are in the market for a Coop, Robert Kaplan is the attorney you should be working with. He knows many of the buildings and managing companies in the Queens and NYC areas. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and absolutely had my best interests in mind. There were some contractual issues that he cleared up and made sure that I did not agree to certain terms.

We had the opportunity to deal with Mr. Kaplan 2 times and both times he was very knowledgeable, professional, and very quick. He was so easy to deal and so fast with his response and with the contracts. He is also extremely nice and we highly recommend him!!!

Mr.kaplan is a very professional attorney who addressed all our concerns and we had a very smooth transaction with the sale of our property. Alicia his secretary was on top of everything she is amazing experience with this firm was absolutely wonderful. Thank you
