Outstanding, Free Consultation, easy to talk to. I was helping a friend of mine from the Gym who was going through a tough time. When it was finally time I suggested he see David Moreno over on Victory Blvd in Staten Island. Dave was very understanding and let my friend know everything that was ahead of him so their were no surprises. Dave is an honest professional who really knows Divorce Law. I can't say enough good things about the way he helped a very good friend during a very tough time
