Laser-ship sucks!!!! They supposedly deliver my packages , yet I never receive them!! I think they steal packages! This happens to me all the time. I shop on Amazon all of the time, I warned Amazon to drop Laser ship when delivering my stuff, or I will close my account with Amazon.

Horrible first day scanned attempted delivery and was not didn't even get the item yet. Second time Amazon replaced and they scanned as delivered I went outside and nothing. Scammers

Never heard of this company much rather use Fed Ex. Terrible customer service, alleged to have delivered my package when someone was home ALL day and I never received my package. Called the NFL store to complain. Had NFL resend me my package.. called customer service lady was nasty. I asked about a estimated delivery time. Delivery window was from time it was loaded on to vehicle at 6:20 am all the way to 9:00 pm. Will continue to ask NFL shop to use fed ex or I will never shop on the NFL store AGAIN.
