Best appliance store... Lanni staff is friendly helpful and best prices. For 30 years, we have purchased our major appliances here. Highly recommend

We purchased an expensive GE profile refrigerator in November and the fan keeps breaking on it. We are on our 5th fan now. We are dealing with GE and it takes forever to get a technician to come out ! Not very happy.....

This is the best appliance store in our area. We have purchased all of our kitchen and basement appliances and were extremely happy with the price, customer service, delivery and installation. They will beat any on line price every time. This is a perfect example of shopping in the town in which you live and be extremely happy. Thank you Lanni for a great experience everytime!!!

We bought an air conditioner earlier this year from Lanni's and had it installed in the wall. The installation was on time and done very well, but the air conditioner was noisy in certain modes.
After 5 or 6 calls, the owner agreed to stop by himself on a Saturday morning, and we arranged our schedule to make sure we were home. I even called the store 30 minutes before and was assured he would be on his way.
Of course, he didn't show up. When I called the store and demanded to know why they at least didn't call, the clerk claimed they were too busy, and couldn't take the time to call and reschedule the appointment.
The clerk even sounded offended that I would question why he wouldn't take the time to call. At best, he was very unprofessional.
Two missed appointments later the owner finally showed up and said he would talk to the manufacturer's rep and assured me he would take care of things.
I called him twice after that and he said he was working on it.
I never heard from him again.
Based on the poor service, I would not recommend this store to anyone.
