I love that Raymond tried to call me out about who I work for...I do wish you luck and hopefully someday Verizon will directly reach out to you and let you know your spending too much and could reduce your monthly cost. Haha! Don't you think like most corporations, their main goal in life is make as much money off you as possible, and if your not aware...then that's your problem??? That's the corporate motto for every corporation...that's why there's companies like mine that make Verizon look good by assessing their accounts to help improve the client experience...Most business owners know that. Hopefully you read this and then the next time someone tries to help out, might be more open to listening. Kind of like when you get your tires changed, you don't go to the Michelin headquarters, you go to a local 3rd party tire shop that will give you the same tire but at a discounted price!
