Run for your damn life. I rented an apartment from these ghetto, unprofessional, criminal bastards and regretted it from day one. I rented an apartment in yonkers. When I signed the papers, the papers and the witch that I signed up with told me the apartment is pet free. When I entered the building, I heard a whole bunch of pet sounds so that was the first lie right there. The walls and ceilings were so damn thin that I could hear every damn noise by the neighbors. Along with that, the dogs in the building would bark at all hours of the night and I couldn’t sleep. The apartment and the building was infested with mice. I emailed MARGO, who is the manager of the building I rented and she barely answered the phones or returned calls or emails. When she did, she was clueless and not helpful at all. The had a “pest control” person come to my apartment and all the idiot did was put down mice traps, which I could have done myself. I had to plug all the holes myself with my own money. The damn apartment was filled with holes, so no wonder the mice got into my place. I was horrified! The pest control fool told me he will check on me in a month to see if the situation got better. HE NEVER CHECKED NOR DID LANGSAM GIVE A DAMN TO CHECK. Plus, they only sent someone out because I threatened them with a lawsuit for inhabitable conditions. If you rent from the same building I rented from, your super’s name will be Angel Vega who is a lying bastard. He lied to Langsame about a couple of things when my lease ended and because of his lies and me not being able to prove it, they kept my security deposit. If you already are renting from them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. They are unprofessional pieces of crap who I wouldn’t let manage the dirt on the bottom of my shoes.
By the way, they changed their company name on google because of all the negative reviews but it’s the same company. Google “Langsam Property Management” and you will see other people and what they had to say. Renting from them was one of the biggest mistakes of my entire life. About as close to worthless as you can get. They are liars, they are thieves, and should not be managing anything. You will regret it if you rent from them, I promise you. If you are signing up for an apartment and see their name as management, RRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!
