Lana's Place is the perfect Organic Day Spa in Bergen County, NJ. The staff was friendly and my experience was wonderful. I would recommend this day spa to anyone in North Jersey.

The owner, Lana was 20 min late for my 11:00 waxing. I don't know how an owner could be late at her own spa. The lady at the front did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. She placed me in the waxing room, showed me the coat hook and closed the door. Very awkward. Lana came in for my brazalian wax and started at it. Pulling hard and fast not being the slight bit gentle. I told her she was rough and she replied saying it was important to go fast. I have had brazalians before and this hurt bad.
