Lala Cleaner

I was a loyal customer, washed the same loads of laundry every week. This week their washer wasn't working and they said it was my fault. I had to pay twice to wash the same load of clothes. The owner was very rude. I'd seen him be rude to other people before, but I thought it was their fault. The dryers eat quarters and don't give you credit and if you say something they treat you like you're liar. I didn't say anything about the lost quarters, I just thought it was a small price to pay to support local business, but today was too much.
