Lakeville Garden Apartments INC.

I've lived here for nearly 5 years and really love this apartment. It's a small complex, so it's not very noisy and most neighbors are really polite and nice. The landlord lives on site and is very attentive to any issues I may have with the apartment. The location is accessible to the LIRR and the LIE, and there are alot of commercial areas nearby (lots of stores, restaurants, etc.) and the town library is right down the street. I don't know why others have had issues, but I've really enjoyed my time at these apartments.

I lived there for two and a half years. The apartment was old was dirty to begin so much so that I had to clean the apartment before moving in. The bathroom had to be cleaned many times over before it could be used. The floor made cracking noise when anybody walked. The neighbors were noisy especially the guy downstairs. But, the landlord will put the most wretched crook to shame. He came up with new ways to eat up my deposit: more than $3000. I have sent him letters and called him. He says he won't return my money because he needs to make repairs to the apartment. The apartment was in a better condition when I moved out than when I moved in. All in all, the guy is a crook. And he claims to be a veteran.

If you want your security back at the end of your lease, don't even think about that wretched place. If you want details contact me at npanda at gmail dot com.
