Lakeland Baby and Teen

I was able to call with a specialty item i wanted to order, and Doreen was able to track it down, and have it shipped direct to me within 48 hours.

My wife and I were in the market for a new set of furniture for our 11 month old son. We had previously been given furniture by a family member that we thought was a gift, but it turned out that this furniture ended up being the base of a huge argument. My sister and brother in-law, who gave us the furniture, wanted it back- (We have a new baby, they do not). This put us in a tough predicament. We ended up finding the brand that we wanted at Lakeland Baby and Teen Furniture in Wayne, NJ. The staff there helped us choose what we needed and gave us the best price we found in our search. After hearing our story, they even offered to loan us a set of furniture while we waited for our new set to be manufactured (At no cost!) It was a pleasure dealing with Doreen and Ed, both were knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a purchase. Our furniture was delivered in the time frame they promised and the delivery men, Marvin and Matt, were courteous, fast, and did not damage our house or the furniture in the move. They even delivered it on a day that we got hit with a huge snow storm. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know and of course to you! We will be back at some point for more furniture as our family expands.

We went browsing for baby furniture in a few different stores and none gave us the customer service and attention like Lakeland. The prices on the items we purchased were by far lower than at all the other places and they were for the same lines!! All the questions we had were thoroughly answered and if they did not know they happily did the research and got back to us the next day. Many friends had told us to order in advance as it could take some time but delivery was extremely fast and they assembled everything for us. My hubby loved that part! The entire process was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family.

What a great business! They have a great showroom and they can custom order to your needs. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant and fun. The staff is so kind and friendly and helpful. Definately a model for all to follow. When it came to delivery day, they came on time when they said they would come and went above and beyond to get the furniture upstairs (a challenge in an old house). I would recommend this business to anyone looking for baby or teen furniture.

We love this place. They have an extensive selection at competitive prices. The best thing about the store is actually their customer friendliness and customer service. Our baby came ahead of time and our crib was only expected to be available 3 months later so they volunteered the floor sample for the 3 months at no additional cost to us. This is why we love small businesses, big chains would not have been so kind.
