Lacey Used Auto Parts

this place is terrible you ask for one part they give you another. Came to return the part they didn't want to return my money and insisted on ordering the part. I let that slide let them order the part came back the day they said the part should be in and they told me im on my own and the part was not ordered. very unorganized and pricey FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

I didn't like going to this place to buy the part I needed then paying for it and being told to drive over to Bryan's Used Auto Parts a few miles away to actually pick up the part. So Lacey and Bryan's made out while I got douched.

Drove 3.5 hours to buy a transmission for my Tacoma, paid $800+ tax & labor, fluid & filter (another $500) from my local mechanic of 18+ years. Was told after install that the transmission was not compatible with my Tacoma; as I experience shifting issues and CEL codes; took it into the local toyota dealer to confirm what was going on, they told me that the 2011 transmission that Lacey's sold me was not compatible with my 08. So I called Lacey's who then told me same thing; which was basically useless after the fact that I had already spent money on tolls, fuel, install, costs of fluids, filter and just the plain headache an aggravation. Do yourself a favor and buy from people that know what there selling, rather then dealing with Lacey's. I learned the hard way after spending $500+ on the WRONG transmission that Lacey's sold me.

First place I call every time I need used parts for my customers. Celio takes good care every time I call. Thanks Lacey!!

Reasonable about prices. Antonio was accomodating and nice. When I called I had Cecilio answer the phone and he brightened my day with how nice he was. Very, very nuce. So far I think these guys should be paid six figures to manage the DMV (the DMV could really learn a few things from them about customer service .)
