Reckless environment. This place makes the DMV and TLC look like Disney Land. Be prepared to lose hours of your life.

at 3:45 pm we were 2 people in front of reception to sign in and no one was in reception. tehere is line about 5 or 6 people and asked them what line is that their answer was first reception then to this line

4:06 a african american lady comes and rudely said that they close at 4:00pm we try to explain that we were here in front reception inside from about 20 mins before but she was sharp and hard NOOOO..

we try to politely explaining that it is not our fault and this cost another business day she was still sharp and NO????
