First time I went there (12/30/15) I arrived at the end of the day, just under 20 minutes to close. I was informed by the singular staff person that they didn't in fact live there and requested I come back at another time. The second time I went there which was the following day I was greeted by a different yet still singular staff person who was tapping her smart phone. She looked at me and said, "why are you here"? I showed her my order for blood work and she said, "sign in, I'm on lunch, there's no one here to help you right now" and continued to tap away at her phone. Why in a world with better alternatives does United healthcare use this corporation!?
