Classic example of corporate greed. 30+ people crammed in a small waiting room for 90 min plus. A TV with no sound and anxious children with not so much as a chair to sit in.
The staffing is pitiful. Short staffed doesn't even begin to describe it. They are pleasant despite the overload of patients filing in. One wworker stopped registering patients , so she could pull up a chair and attempt to repair the bathroom door hinge. It was actually falling off the frame.
The experience is always stressful. You feel like "cattle" , plain and simple.
I have been to this location 5 times. Never again.
