There's a long wait period, I had to wait 2 hrs to be seen. I needed my records to be faxed over to my new doctor, and it's been 3 weeks, and they still haven't sent my records over. I am highly pissed off and will be speaking to a supervisor soon.

Were can i call to make a complaint about this clinics. I call 3 time to make a appointment they want to schedule my appointment 2 month later, this is ridiculous!!

I hate it here everytime I come I wait about 3 hrs just to see my doctor. The secretary or doctor assistants have horrible attitude they never listen to what your saying. I get stress everytime I come here they are horrible wish my doctor would change offices just so I dont have to go through this bs. Never pick up the phone. -_-

First, I made an appointment over the phone for a TB test and physical. So far so good.

-I showed up and they informed me that they were using a first-come, first-serve system. I don't understand why they led me to believe they used an appointment system. So I waited about 45 minutes past the time of the appointment until I was able to go in.

-When I finally saw the doctor, he informed me that it was not possible to do a TB test since it was a Thursday, and they are closed on Saturdays. I don't understand why the receptionist scheduled my appointment for a TB test on a Thursday, if this not a possible day for a TB test.

They also charged ~$400 for a simple physical (actually just the doctor filling out a questionnaire and trying to figure out how to use his computer), and the TB test.
