LA Fitness

It's been a great experience, I found it clean, professional and I received phone calls from staff to assure my time at LA Fitness goes smoothly. I found the locker rooms clean, plenty to do, many machines to use and they are always in working condition. I see that the gym floor is well organized and I love that it's 24 hours with free parking. I have no complaints at this time.

No guests after 10? What the hell? I pay $40 a month for your overpriced filthy gym and I'm not allowed to bring a damn guest after 10pm to a 24 hour gym?

Then the dude told me that he'd let my guest in only IF he signed up. Bro. What?! What is the point of calling it "guest privileges" if you force the person to sign up?

DO NOT JOIN LA FITNESS! Horrible customer service (Corporate and local) - once they get your money, they will treat you like dirt. Read their contracts very carefully before signing anything. Incompetent people working, who lack any courtesy and manners essential for a service business. They have been trained to just behave to make the sale and once that is done, you will see their true colors come out.

Probably one of the worst gyms you will ever experience. Staff is rude, they honestly can careless about well-being. They try to rip you off in any way possible from your initiation fee, monthly fee, personal training and to keep your kid there. Locker rooms are horrible, toilets are dirty and sometimes you would have to go to the other side of the gym to get some paper towels. There is an employee there who I once saw, opening up CLOSED lockers when members weren't in the locker room. So, is our valuables even safe with these employees having full access to them? I would recommend Garden City or they're newest one i believe which is on Jericho turnpike, they are smaller gyms but I bet you'd get a better experience.

Possibly the worst LA fitness I have ever been too and I have been to many. The place looks like a bomb went off in it. Plates and Dumbbells left everywhere. Nothing gets racked. Staff is extremely obnoxious and rude. Locker rooms are disgusting. Water fountains always brake down. Machines always under maintenance. Stay clear from this location. The garden city location is much better.
