Dirty. Smells. Dumbbells all over the place. You'll spend more time trying to find weights than working out. Too many machines are not in use. Good luck at peak hours. You got some of those NPC girls walking around this place like they run the Taj Mahal while you have those illiterate losers drooling after them hyping their self esteem lolzzzzzzz... That's actually funny to see, but other than that this gym is an actual joke.

I only joined so I could play racquetball. They never have any paper towels, smells funky (I get it is a gym but this is NOT my first gym membership they do not all stink), nasty and rude employees. God forbid you forget your key tag, which when I signed up was told its no problem if you forget, just use a phone # to check in.
When I did sign up the kid signing me up was a liar and deceitful. He had told me they had no free trials when on the desk we were sitting at was a stack of 2 week free trial brochures, just one of the lies. It was bullshit after bullshit after bullshit and still continues to be. But I need the racquetball so I stay with it.
There is a hanging broken light lens in one of the courts since 2015. Anyone that plays racquetball understands this is a horrible injury just waiting to happen. It is going to get hit.
When logging in with your phone # they require you present a photo ID. HOWEVER when you sign up they take your picture and attach it to your profile, so why the ID? Then you hand them your ID and they take their time checking all the credentials line by line all and even asking you asking such as name, address, email, etc... A collective group of unhappy employees I think.

This gym, lol, lol, lol, hahahaah. let me catch a breathe. I came on the 3 day guest pass. First thing i noticed and made me already not wanna join was the customer service. I work in retail and no matter how bad my day is or what nationality the person is or how much the weigh or look. Everyone deserves a smile(not a fake one bc you can tell). Even maybe compliment to them or a small how is your day going. Great customer service not only brings the customer back, but it just feels good to make someone else's day better. The mens locker room, blahhhhh. i know there is sweat and a bathroom there, but it smells horrrrrrriiiiiibllllleeeee. Maybe have one of your staff spary and wipe down like every hour or two. And lastly, i thought i was going to a gym not a club. You got all the girls dressing up and all the guys standing around trying to flirt and get laid. smh grow up, work out or get out

The front desk employee's are rude. Customer Service is big to me. Make me feel welcomed. As an employee you should be mindful to watch your greetings, your remarks and facial expressions. This is not your play house, or personal gym… it is mine. So please treat me like I matter every time I walk in. I've had it with paying up every month, just to creed coming in every day. Not acceptable. This place is a community of us, paying members that should feel happy to be there. We should feel respected and safe. Locker safety and thief is important to us. That should not be taken lightly. Safety on the gym from from ourselves and others. Some NEW member do not know how to safely use free weights, cables or barbells. Some new member do not know how to safely use free weights, cables or barbells. Some WEIGHT LIFTING member do not know how to safely use free weights, cables or barbells. YOU, as an employee should be mindful of the floor. Of who is throwing weights around. Of who is slamming weights down. Of who is yelling and making others uncomfortable. Of aggressive members. You should do your job and confront those members respectful. I have never seen employees walk the floor and never seen them confront safety concerns.

I have been coming here for 4 years and I have never received a smile from the receptionist or let alone a welcoming greeting. You would expect something regards of the fact that I always say hello and thank you. New employees come and go, but you can tell the lack of training is always the same. This place is so unprofessional. I remember a few years back there was this "one" personal trainer that would smile and make eye contact with every member and say "hello," ask you "how you are doing" and wow did that make a difference. He was never intrusive and if you wanted to workout on your own, he was respectful. We need more of that. Leading by example. I do not know how much more of this place I can take. Can they make the parking spaces any closer to each other. I bet you their answer would be "yes." If it wasn't because they were the only close gym to me, I would have left.
It seems like I will have to give Blink, planet fitness and 24 hour fitness a chance. These gyms are spraining up everywhere.
