My mother and I ate here tonight. We waited forever after we put in our order (burgers well done), got cold fries, burgers charred beyond belief and made from low quality beef. WORST. BURGERS. EVER. I've had some pretty bad burgers in the NYC public school system and at McDonald's... but the burgers here take the award for WORST BURGERS EVER!!! And they tried to pull a fast one on us and tried to overcharge us for what we ordered. (The burgers were $7 dollars each and they tried to charge us $8 dollars each.) We will not eat here again and I'll warn all my friends not to eat here.

I had a burger and fries from here, which is really 'hit or miss' at a place like this, but it was truly delicious.

La Familia is a family owned restaurant in the area serving Peruvian / Spanish style dishes in a diner-style environment. They have great breakfast specials, and when you want a drink have some interesting cocktail concoctions (3 for 15$!)
The service is friendly, and the staff is helpful and always ready to offer suggestions.
