Like many Dominican restaurants in the area, La Casa Del Mofongo is very popular with local Dominicans and other residents alike. It is elegant in its furnishing and a bit more lively than its competitors. The food here is just as good as many of the other nearby restaurants specializing in Dominican fare. The mofongos are great of course, but I also enjoyed the simple Pernil al Horno with the Tostones and Moro de Habichuelas.
