I mailed in my application in October 2015. I called to check the status on my application, and I was told they received my information but it has not been processed. Today is February 3, 2016. If that's not rediculous I don't know what is!!!

Worst place ever. They never answer they always let it go to voicemail and they continuously loose your papers and act as if they haven't recv'd them.They say they will call you back and they never do. If I didn't need to use them I wouldnt!
