I don't usually like leaving reviews based on service over food quality, but man this place is bad. Ordered on seamless before 1030am from 4 blocks away with a group order for noon, they didn't even start putting the food together until it was already an hour late and we called them. The food finally comes an hour and a half late, it's cold, and they screwed up the order! Missing items, pasta without paid for added chicken, etc... Never order delivery from this place.

The chicken parm hero is a must. Everything else is good but the chicken parm hero is the best I've ever had!

THIS PLACE SUCKS. SO RUDE. NO MANNERS OR CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. MY COMPANY HAS A GROUP ORDER SERVICE WITH THEM THROUGH SEAMLESS AND EVERY TIME WE ORDER THEY COME 2 HOURS LATE, MIND YOU WE SEND OUT OUR ORDERS BEFORE 11:15AM AND OUR BUILDING IS 3 BLOCKS AWAY AND ON THE SAME AVENUE. IT SEEMS WHEN I CALL AN HOUR LATER LOOKING FOR LUNCHES THEY DECIDE TO BEGIN MAKING IT. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AMOUNT OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THIS PLACE. THE PERSON WHO PICKS UP THE PHONE HAS BAD MOUTHED ME TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND FORGETTING TO PUT ME ON HOLD AND HAS HUNG UP ON ME, STATING HE'S PUTTING ME ON HOLD TO CONTACT THE DELIVERY GUY. THEN WHEN I CALL BACK THEIR PHONES ARE OFF THE HOOK FOR 10MIN OR SO. I KNOW MANYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS ASK ME AND MY COMPANY WHERE TO PURCHASE FOOD FROM AND I ASSURE YOU LA BELLEZA WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM. LA BELLEZA YOU MESSED UP BIG TIME WITH TREATING THIS CUSTOMER WRONG. GOOD LUCK!

The definition of real NY Pizza is this place! Everything on their menu that they serve is very yummy and made fresh daily with the highest quality ingredients. I am lucky that I work only one block away from here. I have also been their customer for 15 years now.
My personal favorites are all their parmesan heroes which include the chicken, sausage and peppers, meatball and eggplant. I look forward to lent until Easter because every Wednesday and Friday, they serve a very tasty shrimp parmesan hero. It is so good that it is only available for a limited time and if you do not go early enough, they will run out. I went at 2PM once and walked out disappointed. It is that good! Not to mention, their pizza is awesome, of course.
Usually my wife packs lunch for me everyday but once in a while, I will tell her that I want to eat out because I am craving this food and I gotta have it!
The owner Frank and the whole La Bellezza staff are very friendly and are on the top of their game at all time just to give you the best tasting food. They treat you like family because they pride themselves in running this family business of theirs. I even dealt with Franks' brother and father who are both just as nice.
