DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The owner John is nasty and has ZERO customer service skills. He refused to tell me what was being done to my car because he "Did not want to repeat himself." He is an ignorant old man who yells at his customers. They will rip you off! I brought my car to Best Buy and had my car starter installed for half the price! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

This is the fourth of fifth after market stereo I had installed over the years, and it is by far the best. I went to LI Sounds with my SUV and a giant old School amp (Diamond Audio 7104). He designed my system including new head unit, SAT Radio, hands free phone, component speakers, 15" subwoofer and sub amp. The big amp was a stealth installation, no one can tell it is there. The system is tuned great, absolutely the best system I ever had, even better than audiophile system I have at home. Install is perfect. Some follow-on work was done, great after sales service. The owner is old school and really knows his stuff. I am very happy with the job.
I've been down the road with the cheap guys, they don;t know anything and usually there are a lot of problems afterwards. He is not the cheapest out there, but for an extra 10-15% in cost, you get high quality, great service and fast, dependable work. Highly recommend.

This place is a joke. Called the store to quote me on installing a remote start kit on a '11 Sienna and '07 Altima. Quote was astronomical and get this...the guy who answered the phone said he does not match prices with other competitors. Wish I didn't even waste my time calling the place. I went to Car-Tunes instead in Farmingdale, NY. Got a much better price and MUCH better customer service.
