Joel Feldman of L.A. Tel Technologies is a fraud. He sells telephone systems which don't work as he assures they will, and he doesnt know how to fix them when there are issues. He is grossly expensive and refuses to refund the hardware when it's under warranty. He's also under legal investigation.
