The Pedini product purchased from Kuche+Cucina was absolutely "top shelf" -- the measurement work, installation work, support, service and backup provided by Kuche+Cucina was a nightmare of near biblical proportions.

Angelo LoScrudato's measurements were off -- but this was [for the most part] correctable. The shelving systems they sold me were inadequate for anything other than stuffed animals in a small girl's bedroom -- available from IKEA for $39.95, these shelves would have been lucky to have supported 6 or 7 lbs [approx. 3x Kilos] - which would have done nothing but drop my 40lbs of "Fiesta Ware". Additionally, shelves to support glass ware required additional design work [an additional expense that was supposed to be included!!], and the fabrication of the mounting hardware was also an additional expense borne by me].

The final straw came when it turned out that the panels on my refrigerator [which were to match the other Pedini cabinets] was installed incorrectly -- which cased damage to the refrigerator [a new circuit board is currently on order]. When the drawer was replaced correctly, the panel was askew. When I called Rissa Privitera [who I believe is the "general manager", but I could be wrong about her position] -- for all intents and purposes she told me I was on my own -- the check cleared, that was the end of it.

Nice.

There were more than a few additional screw-ups along the way -- all amazingly frustrating. If I knew then what I know now -- I would have ordered the Pedini cabinets from ANY OTHER VENDOR on the planet other than this company. The cabinets are great -- this particular vendor is beyond terrible -- it seemed like they actually went out of their way to make the entire process more difficult than it needed to be!!!

Additionally -- they will want 100% payment prior to delivery which leaves the customer zero recourse when dealing with the timing of installation, complaints about faulty measurement -- and their installation crew doing what I consider to be a "C-" job. Avoid these people like they cause cancer -- because if unnecessary stress causes cancer, you'll be "stage 4" within a month of working with these folks!!!

I enjoyed working with Elizabeth Loree at the Paramus location. She helped guide me thru my first kitchen reno and I love the results. Highly recommend them.

K+C designed, built, and installed a custom wetbar and library for us.

K+C did an excellent job of listening to our concerns related to compatibility with the home's existing style and furnishings, producing a design that worked extremely well, with a couple of options for us to choose from, and then managed production and installation.

After installation was complete, there were a couple of details that we wanted adjusted, and K+C was extremely accomodating in providing them.

After completion, we decided that we wanted an additional corner bookcase of a somewhat complex shape, to create a transition from the bar area to the living room. Again, K+C provided a great design solution, as well as production and installation.

We have considerable experience remodelling homes in southern and northern California over the past 30 years, and will say that K+C is the best we have worked with. It can be a challenge learning about new designers and trades in a different area, and this worked perfectly for us.

We definitely look forward to working with K+C on future projects.

We purchased a new house in Tenafly. After researching all the options for a European style modern kitchen in the Bergen County and New York City area, we ended up going with Kuche Cucina - they had a great product selection (incl. Pedini, that we fell in love with), knew exactly what we were looking for and... had many great reviews, from other clients online!
From the minute we stepped into the Paramus showroom, we've been treated with professionalism and attention to every detail of our project... This is not our first kitchen and we had a good benchmark - Kuche Cucina raised the bar! We chose a high end modern, minimalist kitchen (white lacquer, frosted glass, etc.) and were very pleased with both the product, installation and overall value. During the installation their installer realized that one of the aluminum trim pieces was about 3" too short. We were most impressed that Kuche Cucina arranged for a new piece to be air freighted within 3 days - from Italy!!! We highly recommend Kuche Cucina!
