Cost Plus World Market

I loved the store but the customer service was awful. Employees argued in front of the customers because a line was growing & they only had 1 cashier. The young man repeatedly called for help & was ignored. The line kept growing & pretty soon we could hear his fellow employees bickering from the back. Apparently no one wanted to go help because it was almost closing time & everyone wanted to go home. I understand that but it wasn't a good look for a new store to have their employees arguing in front of customers. Finally a bunch came up & then they couldn't decide who should help. The arguing continued. I was tempted to put my one item back & leave. Finally 2 decided to help. I commend that young man for keeping his cool & acting like an adult compared to his older coworkers. The store was truly lovely but I hope the employees figure things out fast.

Surprised when I was dragged into here. Great selection of specialty food products and was surprised at the great selection of furniture there. Reasonable prices. Would definitely visit here again!
