Someone dropped a giant oil filled rubber ball on my dog when I was walking it past this building. While it came out of the window of Apt. 5A, not 5B, it did have a Kramerica logo on it.

As far as I can tell, this entire enterprise is little more than a solitary man with a messy apartment, which may or may not contain a chicken.

My oil is leaking everywhere. These bladders are dysfunctional. I also think I heard a chicken in the background of my call to their customer service line.
