Not sure why others have complained about the service. Service has always been friendly when we've dined at Kraft. The bartender with the funky mustache was quite charming, he even gave us a few tastes of the wines until we could finally decide upon one.
Good food and lovely atmosphere.

Lousy and overpriced food, loud and obnoxious atmosphere, horrible service. If you still feel you must go to Kraft Bistro, pray you have no problems with any of this or the nasty, arrogant owner will literally kick you out.

Main course (veal stew) not particularly special. "Ginger crusted scallops" were not crusted at all and came swimming in a sea of soy sauce. Appetizer (samosa) was good. Service was poor. Despite the fact that there were about 8 people in the restaurant and that my wife and I were obviously in deep conversation, the waiters kept coming over and asking us if we wanted more wine, or if we were ready to order dessert. Why? Leave us alone. It would have been very easy to get their attention. Desserts were poor. Cheesecake had a refrigerator taste with a very thick unedible crust. Atmosphere and decor were excellent, accounting for the two stars. Overpriced, also.

Sat at the bar. Not crowded and not noisy. Great drinks. Excellent service (discrete, pleasant and not overbearing). Food was good (Pizza Margherita and shrimp quisadellia). overall a very relaxing and pleasant eating experience.

What a disappointment! The lamb appetizer was overcooked and tasteless, with a balsamic vinegar-based sauce that was way too pungent. The goat cheese flat break was OK, but lacked goat cheese and was overpowered by a excessively sweet schmear of caramelized onion. The only bright spot was a decent beet and carrot soup, which paired the two flavors very nicely. The waiters, host, and bartender were pretentious, but served us fairly efficiently. Three appetizers and two glasses of wine cost us over $70. We left vowing never to return.
