Kohl's Yonkers

Horrible place! The clothes are always strewn all over the place in the wrong sections...was there the other day looking for a bra and actually found a used one in the package! Disgusting! Told the sales woman and she said "it's not my problem it's the customers" How nice! The store is looking more ghetto every day. The prices are ridiculous and the quality of the clothes have gone down tremendously! Everything I buy rips after a few washes and I use the gentle cycle to wash them. Found better quality and prices at Macys & Sears actually. I won't be shopping there anymore,

More variety and better clothes would get me to shop here more often. The clothes they have don't seem to be worth the price.

I went to return an item today that I had received in an online order. I ordered 2 pairs of cotton shorts, same item, different colors, and one of the items sent was made of nylon. When I got to the customer service desk I told the young woman that I had been sent the wrong item. She said nothing, simply started typing into her terminal. After a couple minutes she informed me I must have the wrong receipt. I told her again that no, I had been sent the wrong item. She then said I hadn't told her that. Eventually she told me my card would be credited for the return but had to to tell me that if I had told her that it was the wrong item in the first place that she would have been able to figure it out more quickly. In other words, I was in the wrong and she had given me perfect service. It will be quite awhile before I purchase anything, online or in store, from Kohl's.

I love this Kohls! I live only a mile away so it's very convenient for me. Their workers sometimes don't know where everything is but that's not a problem. The customer service is almost the best each time I go.

I love this store! I shop there all the time it's like my second home. It's clean, the cashier are attentive, and the associates working the floor are pleasant, they treat one with respect. From the minute you walk in, there is usually someone standing at the entrance to greet you. There always seems to be a sale on exactly what I am looking for, and if not, I usually have a coupon % off. You can sign up on-line to retrieve an additional discount. I love this place.
