I came on that dealership 5 times and every time they gave me a different price. Its on the Nissan koeppel Golam the salesman and the bold manager did the same. They do not know how to do business very unprofessional!

Worst experience of my life. Not only did management change price of the vehicle on the day I came in to pick up my vehicle (after having added the vehicle onto my insurance, etc..) on Christmas Eve, but they kept me and my family there for hours trying to get me to agree to a totally different deal. To add insult to injury, they advised they would refund my deposit and never did. Every attempt to contact someone was met with an excuse. STAY AWAY!! There are better VW dealers out there.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Teresa while my vehicle was being serviced. I came in what i thought would be a big expensive problem, and it turned out to be something minor and I just overacted. At other places I have been to people would have tried to take advantage of that situation and get me to pay more for something that i do not need. She was able to get my car in quickly and with out an appointment, and then took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car. I went in expecting the worst and it turns out it was the best service experience i have had with any car

I did the 4-year maintenance for my 2012 vw tiguan there a month ago. The associate was Lisa, very courteous and effective. Everything was done smoothly. Most important, I only paid about 360 for it, while the vw dealer in Manhattan tried to charge me 1200+! Fair price, fair business!

Went in after doing my research. I knew the MSRP of the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, I had a TrueCar estimate from a different dealership but chose to come in here as I live very close to this dealership. The salesperson quoted me a price higher than MSRP after talking to his manager then told me to go to the other dealer to get the price on the TrueCar estimate and there is nothing he can do. Overall I didn't feel like there was any care for my business. Was in and out the door within 5 minutes. Not a good customer experience at all.
