AVOID....So I made an appointment to visit this dealership to meet with a particular sales person, and I was told they had all my information and would be expecting me. Well the people I was supposed to meet ended up not being there and I had to meet with the sales manager, who asked me several times what I was there to do, annoying but I got over it.

So sales manager pulled up my information on the computer and then proceeded to build the car I wanted on the subaru website. He printed out a copy of the assembled car with MSRP prices and presented it to me as the price of the car! He told me the car buying program I wanted to use only takes $250 off the MSRP...I guess he thought I was a fool! As a AAA auto buying dealership they are supposed to show me the invoice price and charge a pre-negotiated amount above the invoice!

I then told him the price quote I received from another dealership and he said he would be able to match it if I can show it to him in writing...I guess he thought I was lying. So I showed him the price quote which was almost $2300 off MSRP! Needless to say he was surprised. He then thanked me for coming in as if to say without actually saying it "we can't match that price". So I left, annoyed that I had wasted my time.

The person I made the appointment with called me the next day to find out how everything went. I explained to her what happened and she seemed very concerned and eager to earn my business. She then proceeded to tell me they can match it, BUT at an additional cost for the options that were already included in the other dealership's quote. How are you "matching" the price if you are trying to charge extra?? Anyway, I sent them a copy of the quote so they can "match" it however they called me later saying they couldn't match it, again wasting my time!

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this dealership. I am not sure if this happened to me because I am a woman who went in by herself, or if they just thought I was naive, or maybe both! There are many other Subaru dealerships that you can get a better deal from. To all the people who think they got a great deal from this place, make sure you get a 2nd, 3rd, or even a 4th quote to compare! Always do your research before going in to purchase cars because when you don't you risk paying much more for a car you could've gotten a better deal on.

BE CAREFUL. I would suggest if you are purchasing a PRE-OWNED car from here GET IT LOOKED AT before you buy it. I do know cars pretty well but I am no mechanic. I purchased a 2004 Acura TSX here and did get a good deal on the car but it wasn't until later when I discovered why I did with a list of problems. First of all they were not even able to inspect my car because of emissions problems and they told me to get it inspected back home (I live in Rochester, NY) by a shop there, and they would refund my inspection. I faxed them the inspection paperwork and never received my reimbursement. Also I found a bunch of problems for instance the windshield wash pump did not work, it did not blow heat on the drivers side, the alignment was off, there are all kinds of bolts and parts missing under the hood, as soon as I got the car inspected the check engine light came on, and the transmission/ clutch was having issues. They offered a warranty but said they would not fix anything, or let alone take a look at it. I was not going to drive back 6 hours to Queens for nothing. I filed a complaint with the US Attorney Generals office and waiting to see what happens. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere and do not buy a pre-owned vehicle here, and if you are considering it take it to a reputable mechanic/ dealer. I am going to get rid of this car as soon as I get it fixed up, at least I will be able to break even or make some money on it hopefully since they sold it to me at the trade in value- shows it was a problem and wanted to get rid of it.

Great, no hassle experience. Sergey in Sales was fantastic to deal with. Felt I got the best deal on my new Forester XT. At no point did I feel pressured or cornered as is typical with these kinds of purchases. Transparency through and through. If you're looking for a Subaru, you'd do well to check them out.

Koeppel Nissan provided me with outstanding service. Sherman Hernandez, in particular, proved to be very knowledgeable and guided the buying process in a smooth and professional manner. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy to give them a try.

Koeppel Subaru has been great. I've received terrific service. Ken is a really helpful sales representative. He's knowledgeable and thorough in his replies to questions, both in-person and over email. The dealership is an easy trip from Manhattan. It's clean and they have a nice selection of models to compare. Also, Koeppel is very competitive and transparent on pricing. I've appreciated the professionalism and integrity of the staff. I am excited about my new Subaru!
