I honestly never ever write reviews. But now, I feel that I have to. Dealing with Knights Collision this week has been a NIGHTMARE. After being involved in an accident, my vehicle was towed here. I called the next day to begin the process of having it released, and I kept getting put on hold, hung up on, etc. Finally, the NEXT DAY, I contact someone who tries to persuade me to have my car fixed there, blah blah... NO. Someone else tells me I have to go there to sign papers to it to be released. After explaining my long commute to get there, she says I can send a letter notarized. The NEXT DAY, Taneesha contacts me. She said she would attach a form for me to sign and fax back to release my car. Taneesha sends the email...with no attachment. Of course I call back, no answer. I call back again, she says "Yea i know its not attached, sending another email." and hangs up. FINALLY the NEXT DAY they release my car. Oh and the cherry on top? They stole my TOMTOM navigation out of my car.

Steer clear of these rude sneaky people.

They lied and tricked people into having your car fixed at their place. They are extremely horrible and unprofessional. Will file a complaint and suggest anyone who feel like they are manipulated should also do the same.

Gentleman towing my vehicle of FDR was very polite and helpful. Towing is pricey. But beyond towed safely or of a dangerous area is priceless. Thanks guys.

My 2015 Chrysler Town and Country with 1400 miles was struck by a truck that fled the scene. Luckily my dash cam was able to capture it and was clear enough that NYPD took a criminal report. I choose Knights Collision to repair my vehicle because they are Chrysler (MOPAR) certified according to my leasing company.

I was scared with reading all the negative reviews, BUT I gave them a shot, after all my leasing company suggested them. When I arrived at the collision shop. My wife and I was greeted by Sean who appeared to be a very professional person.

Mark drove my family and I to Enterprise to pick up a rental. Chris had my insurance carrier agree to replace my door rather than repairing it with bondo as my carrier wanted to do.

Mark called me throughout the repair process to keep me in the loop of things.

Sean, assured me that everything will be OK and the car will be repaired the right way. They wouldn't take my money until i was 100000% satisfied. They provided me with a written warranty for as long as I own this vehicle.

By the way, I couldn't find my damn IPOD at home, I thought my 6 year old misplaced it. When I picked up my car from the shop, I looked in the cup holder and noticed it. I said to myself,,, OH $hit I left it here the whole time, WOW I thought I wouldn't see it again. Off to Toys R Us I go because now I feel bad for blaming my kid...

Knights collision has managed to turn a already horrible experience into a completely dreadful experience. Being involved in a accident is awful situation but doing business with Knights collision has been a complete nightmare. When I first picked up my car after 30 days of repairs, I noticed that the AC and my rear lights were not working. No problem right? I'll just go back and they'll fix it. I took my car back that same Saturday and they fixed it. End of story? NO... That same evening after arriving home from running errands the check engine light was on and there was a strange sound coming from the muffler. That in addition to a rattling sound I kept hearing when I would go over potholes or a bumpy road. Took the car back the next Friday, couldn't get my car back until Wednesday. I get the car back and as I was driving back home I kept hearing the same rattling sound. This time thanks to my silent muffler I was able to pinpoint the sound to somewhere in the front end. I took the next exit and went back to the shop. I drove around the block with the mechanic and thankfully we both heard the sound. We agreed that I would take my car on Saturday morning so that the issue can be resolved. That was yesterday by the way and today when I turn my car on the damn check engine light was back on. I've missed days from work and have had to reschedule so many meetings for work because I've had to deal with the incompetency of these supposedly "experts." I'm just trying to put this stupid accident behind me but I can't because I keep on having to deal with these people correctly fixing my car. Did I mention that my vehicle is a 2014 vechicle with only 8,000 miles. Brand new car completely worthless now because there's always something wrong with it. If I ever get into a accident again (and I'm praying that I never do) and knights collision tows my car to their shop I would pay the extra money to get it towed someone else just so that I don't have to deal with all the bull I've had to deal with working with them. DO NOT work with these people. You will regret it.
