- Terrible #47249

The poorest of customer service, sales, and billing staff will slow you down and waste your time. Place a small order as a retailer and you may find that its is all messed up with countless issues. If you try and fix any of them it may take days, or even weeks. We had placed 4 orders in the past two months and all of them were trouble. Ten years ago this company was a strong distributor to have as a retailer, now its just awful to deal with to say the least.
