They made a mistake on my taxes and I was fined and charged over a year's worth of interest once the IRS realized it. I wrote to my accountant and cc'ed the head of this company, who wrote me back a nonsensical, belligerent, unprofessional email on a Sunday afternoon. After too many emails and a long wait, they eventually reimbursed me for the fine, but refused to pay the interest because I had "a technical use of the money." I wouldn't have had to pay anything if not for their sloppy work. Not at all recommended.
