I did business with Joel 4 years and had a positive experience: however, his business ethics have changed. I have been trying to work with him for the last 3 months to no avail. He has misplaced my desings multiple times, he is impossible to reach, and he has ignored multiple e-mails and phone calls. He has made multiple promises to get the work done..but nothing has happened. After months of wasting my time , I have decided to go else where. He is truly a disappointment and he behaves unprofessionally. I am sorry that I wasted my time... Please dont waste your time and money by doing business with this company.

The Best! This is a great place for me to get my kitchen and vanity needs! They have a huge amount of stock and inventory, and if they don't stock what I need, they can get it for me quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and can help me with technical questions. And last but not least, their prices are very competitive. Shopping here saves me a lot of money...

I just purchased a kitchen from Kitchen Expo USA. My experience was wonderful from beginning to end!! Their experienced and friendly staff helped me choose a kitchen that fit my taste and budget. The kitchen arrived as expected. The guys that installed it did a terrific job – they arrived early in the morning made the least mess possible and completed the whole job within a day.

I recommend Kitchen Expo USA to everyone who wants quality, service and everything that meets their budget!

DO NOT PAY KITCHEN EXPO IN FULL UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETE AND 100 % SATISFIED !!!!!
I ordered my cabinets and Granit top, from Expo early October 2009. When Cabinets were delivered in November, One of the pieces were missing. "the garage door bread basket". Called Joe, the salesman, he assured me that it will not be a problem and I should pay the delivery driver in full. Trusting him, I paid in full. After cabinets were installed by Kitchen Expo, weeks went by and no response from Joe regarding bread basket. Thankfully, I did not pay in full for the installation. There were some issues with granit counter top edges.
Kept back $400.00.
Apparently not enough, beacuse Joe the salesman dissapeared after that. Would not return my calls.
After 3 or 4 weeks, I realized Joe does not care about his reputation. Got someone else to finish the job for $500.00.
So by trusting Joe, I ended up paying an extra $100.00 out pocket.
By the way, this was not a small job. It was a full large kitchen with crown moldings, pantry, cherry wood, etc... Close to $20,000 dollar job.
But for $400.00 dollars here I am writing a bad review.
Go Figure!!!!
