i had a flat just recently i called them and told them what happened i know it's about the time the shops closing time but the guy i talked to over the phone still very helpful and told me to come through and will take a look at my car.. when i got there they wasted no time and fixed my car still.. and even fixed something else even its way past thier closing time.. all thanks to them.. :))

I have been going here for years. Even when inmoved to new jersey for 2 years, I still brought my cars to them. Good guys here.

Ok, first off, if you are looking about finding the best auto shop in nyc, look no more cuz u just found it! They do it all such as complete auto repairs and body work for both foreign and domestic cars, they gives you a free estimate and also are registered by the state to do nys inspections. My car demanded lots of work, so I took it just recently to them, Great Bear Auto Center that is, and let me tell you that these guys totally went the extra mile to get my car back to where it needed to be and then some. It felt my car was like brand new when I drove it off. They even reduced my bill to over 20%!!!! Which was a significant reduction to the bill and improved the savings on my wallet. They are friendly, timely efficient, honest, knowledgeable, skilled, and, unless most other car shops, they will even bring you into the shop where your car is being worked on to explain and show you whats exactly going on with your car. What else do you want?!? Oh, and on top of that, they even fixed, without charge, a major dent on my driver s door and replaced my hood ornament that some nyc punks had ripped off and stolen, again people, that was absolutely free of charge! I was so happy with their work that I wished every other car shops in the nation could even compare to these guys at Great Bear Auto Center. One advice, dont hesitate, dont even bother looking somewhere else, if you are thinking about getting your car to a shop in nyc then bring it there and see for yourself!
