makeup wise i love there products, sadly the workers who work there aren't nice at all. i went to find a matte red lipstick, and nobody asked me if i needed help, i had to help my self, nobody greeted me also, i guess they kinda discriminate, if they see that you don't seem like the type that buys expensive stuff they won't put any effort in helping, or being friendly with you, they just look at you. but if you are jewish, white, you will be nicely greeted and have a great time there. sad thing is that the 3 times that i went there the same thing happened, and the only reason why i wouldn't buy anything was because of poor survice, and nobody would help me not because of price wise.

Fantastic! They dispatched my items within 12 hours of placing my order. Received it in Adelaide, Australia in just under two weeks. Could track it with the details they sent with the confirmation email. Ordered NARS sheer matte foundation and NARS light reflecting loose setting powder, both arrived in perfect condition and exactly as I ordered. Wrapped in bubble wrap and in a padded bag. Will definitely be buying from them again!

This was my first online purchase with this company and after reading the reviews I was a bit unsure about placing my order - however I did and it was all good. My products arrived to Australia within 3 weeks - my order was correct with everything packaged in bubble wrap. I used Paypal as my payment method and payed the extra $5 for insurance. I received confirmation emails when my order was received and dispatched - so will happily purchase again. Amazing range of products at a great price - sorry to hear that other buyers didn't have the same positive outcome as me.

Took a month to arrive in Australia. Finally received package and had been given the wrong eyeshadow. There are no returns.....so quite disappointing. Will probably buy from them again though - so cheap compared to buying in Australia.

Ordered a package in December last year which never arrived. I contacted customer service which was unhelpful and dismissive. Spent $250 and still waiting for my parcel. This online company is dishonest, don't waste your money!
