It was relatively easy to get an appointment, and the staff seemed competent, but prepare for a wait! Having visited on a recent Saturday morning, it seemed like there was a delay in being seen. A 9:30 AM appointment meant being shipped out of the general waiting room at 10:30AM. Colonoscopies and endoscopies were being done on the same day, and the former takes more time than the latter.

- Terrible #162032

I went in to see a doctor for an endoscopy. The gentleman behind the deck said the insurance is going to cover it. Month later I get 3 seperate bills for the doc, the use of facility, and the anesthesia. Now Im thousands of dollars in debt. Ask for a written estimate of all the charges and cost before you agree with any procedures.
