The restaurant is nice, the decoration is on point and one of the host was great. However the price is too expensive for what you get. It is not too expensive on paper but we got such a small portion that it was not worth it. The poach egg (only 1 small) and the frisee salad had too much vinegar, and when we asked for toast (it was brunch) we received two small biscuits... Disappointed

Kingsley is the brand new restaurant of the very talented chef Roxanne Spruance. This is foodie heaven with perfectly executed dishes that are so tasty you want to lick the plate. The ingredients are super fresh, Chef Roxanne combines them in unexpected ways that blew my mind. I have been fortunate to have dined at the best that NYC has to offer over the past 25 years and I am telling you Kingsley belongs in the top ranks. The wine list had plenty of outstanding affordable options that were delicious. The octopus especially sticks out as one of my favorite dishes. And to top it all off, the mixologists are world class. I plan to return to Kingsley often.
