Recently discovered Kings Point Auto in my search for a Mercedes S550. They had one which caught my eye because it was loaded with almost every option possible, clean carfax, and well priced for the equipment and mileage. I stopped in and spoke with Mike, who was pleasant to talk to, friendly and didn't pressure me into anything! I loved the car, and decided to proceed with inquiring about financing. Mike got me the car I wanted at an UNHEARD OFF interest rate and term as promised (for a used car). The positive reviews on here speak for themselves! I've dealt with many dealerships, big & small in the past, and I would question the negative comments on here as there are always two sides to every story.

My 2008 Mercedes S550 is going strong and thanks to the excellent deal from Kings Point Auto, I can rest assured that in the event of a repair, they have me covered. Mike treated us like family, not like customers...my wife and I are extremely happy with the car. We will definitely see you again when the lease for our Acura MDX is up!

I went to look at a car and Mike told me to put a $4000 deposit and now he won't give me a refund back for it. I am a new car buyer and I have no idea what I was doing and he scammed me! There was no signs that said anywhere of No Refund or Final sale and he was making up lies saying how he does not know how to refund and then proceed to say he can't do the refund until he sells the car . Then he proceeded to tell me hell do the refund the next day and took pictures of my credit card and told me to get out of his business yelling at me . I called the next day and for some reason the line is disconnected and when I call Kings Auto they hang up on me . Even when my bank called them they hung up on them too! Then he's telling me how he lost buyers for the car when I changed my mind in 18 hours of not buying the car and now they are still trying to sell the car for even lower! What a bunch of thieves that they won't give back any of my money and I'm still trying to dispute it. They make all this money selling cars and here they want to just keep someone's money when I didn't even get anything out of it! They STOLE MY MONEY and now THEY ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE IT BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE SPITEFUL! All I want was my refund and they just want more money to themselves

Just bought a used car from Mike. Dealing with him was wonderful, he was honest, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. Mike is not your typical "used car salesman", there was no sales pitch at all, and he made us feel very comfortable. Any minor issues with the WRX were taken care of as promised. Very honest and personable. Would definitely return here to buy another car.
