I just see why people are rating you guys poorly at costumer service desk you guys have not regard for people, I was asking a question the lady hang up the phone on me as if i was not asking an important question

Appallingly bad. Endless voicemail message, finally got to the end, Made a selection, got another endless voicemail message, pushed the number that it said would connect me directly to the department I wanted, and WAS SENT BACK TO THE FIRST ENDLESS MESSAGE. System seems designed to discourage callers.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude, abrupt and has a lack of understanding of what customer is. She needs to be trained on how to talk to people without being ill-mannered.

I would rate it zero star if there was an option. I tried to call them for help, the lady answered the phone was extremely impatient, she kept repeating "what is your question?" while i was explaing to her that i am not a native English speaker and i may need help with language. Afterall, she just answered me "you need to be here in person" and then hang up the phone before i had a second to say something.
